·              Member of a team establishing an Entergy Distribution Project Office  with responsibility for developing the scheduling scope of work, which included schedule templates, progress updates, WBS, naming conventions, activity sequencing, coding, resource pool criteria, user setup and security, standardized reports, cost analysis and a master integrated IT schedule
